Quick recap of what I've learned on Biconomy, a "protocol" for the Arbitrum Ethereum bridging chain.
This is for dApps developers only. Biconomy helps them to provide a chain agnostic dApp that allows them to offer a chainless experience to their users. Basically to obtain a "web3 for dummies" application.
It's a software solution for anyone needing custom transactions that can leverage on the benefits of smart contracts.
They deploy a technological stack in the form of SDK that can be integrated in a dApp to speed up the acquisition and login process of dApp users and then be used to perform smart-contract based transactions, accordingly to the dApp needs.
In this page they seem to show that a user can be acquired in a web2 way, i.e. via a Google sign-in/log-in. Once the new user is generated, a ERC-4337 compatible smart contract wallet is deployed, attached to the user's account hence the user can start exchanging fiat for crypto.
